Chedworth Drama Society

We are an energetic DRAMA group producing one production a year ( in late November). Anyone interested in appearing on stage or helping behind the scenes (sound, lights, props, costumes, sets, etc) come and join us.  

Rehearsals start in September, but casting is generally in July/August.

The production for 2009 is ‘Shut Your Eyes and Think of England’ a comedy in two acts written by John Chapman and Anthony Marriott.  It was first presented by John Gale at the Apollo Theatre, London in 1977 and was a big West End hit.  It is a fast-paced farce of mistaken identity and impersonation involving high finance, politics and a call girl!
