Chedworth Business Club:
25 different businesses were represented at
the first meeting with 35 people attending. At the end of the meeting all
attendees filled out a basic survey asking if they wanted more meetings and
they all said yes. There was good feedback and the attendees felt it was worth
while and a great opportunity for networking. They did not want the meetings to
be high pressured, they wanted topics for each meeting and meetings to take
place every other month. There was also
good feedback by email with a volunteer to do a talk at one of the
meetings. RT and LG said from the next
meeting they would aim to find someone else to run the meetings. There list of
Parish based businesses is now over 100. £45 pounds towards the meeting was
donated by Key 4 Learning and the other £45 came from the Parish Plan
fund. The next meeting date to be still
to be arranged.

LG is still trying to arrange a meeting with
Claire Dowling from GRCC who is the Youth Liaison Officer. She is hoping it is to take place next week.

that when it comes to analysing, each person could
look at a section eg traffic. LG to ask Yvette
Courtney and Jenny Moss to the meeting on the 16th May to see if
they can help with Analysis.

9.
Printing of Parish Plan
LG got the costings
from Stuart Lewis as to a price for printing a Hill and Valley Parish Plan
special:
5p per copy + 4p per A4 double page which
gives an approximation of 8 x 4 = 32 +5 = 37p per copy.
With approximately 300 houses in the parish
this would cost £111 in total.
